Here's an easy way to introduce whole grain pasta to picky eaters.......don't make the switch all at once, start adding it in slowly, maybe the first time you make a batch with 75% white pasta and 25% whole wheat then the next time make it 50/50 and so on. It does taste a little different and may take some getting used to for some, so go slowly and before you know it you won't even notice the difference.
