If you've been thinking about making the switch to whole grain pasta but worried that your family won't like it, try my little secret! Start slowly adding small amounts of the whole grain pasta in with the regular pasta, and then every time you make it slowly add in more of the whole grain pasta. I'm betting that they won't notice and will eventually get used to the taste. If you don't want to be sneaky than just say we are going to try to get some more whole grains into our diet and a good way to introduce it is to start with a small amount and try to keep adding, maybe you'll find that you prefer a 50/50 ratio, whatever works for you.
