Another case of Vinegar to the rescue......Stinky Laundry

I admit sometimes I forget that there is a load of laundry in the washer that needs to be put in the dryer or I start one in the morning and then we're gone all day and I come back and it smells musty and stinky. If you have a front load washer you know if you don't take the laundry out right away it starts to get smelly really fast, you can read how I try to keep my front load washer clean & fresh without chemicals.
Here's what I do if I've left a load of wet laundry in the washer for too long, I just pour a small amount of vinegar in the soap receptacle then I change the settings to the shortest amount of time and I change the temp to cold, no need to run a full wash with laundry soap again. The clothes come out smelling fresh and no musty smell, you can actually use vinegar in every wash to keep your clothes smelling fresh, just put vinegar in the fabric softener receptacle, I promise the clothes don't come out smelling like vinegar they just smell fresh and clean.
