We all know one way to eat healthier is to include more whole grains into your diet, it's easier to do that with the introduction of whole grain pastas in all different shapes but some people don't like the taste.
So if you have picky eaters in your house try starting with a small percentage of whole grain pasta, so for example you make a pot of spaghetti use 10% whole grain pasta and 90% white pasta and if nobody says anything continue increasing the amount of whole grain pasta over time until eventually you are at 100%. Maybe you never get to that 100% but even 50/50 is better than nothing, I'm guessing if you go slow nobody will notice the difference and eventually they'll be eating the whole grain pasta with no complaints, it's worth a try.
