Super simple smoothie recipe for adults and kids

This is the easiest smoothie recipe, no ice, no special packets to buy and you can throw in whatever fruit you have.
Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 cup yogurt, I use vanilla, you could use plain or any fruit flavor you like
1/2 cup milk
1 banana
Add any other fruit, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pears, whatever you have.
Mix well in your blender and serve.
In the summertime it's great there is always an abundance of fresh strawberries and blueberries at really great prices, not so much in the winter so the best deal I've found is the large bags of frozen strawberries and blueberries at Costco, they are individually frozen so it's not a big blob of fruit and the berries are huge and very flavorful. There's a million other things you could add, use your imagination, you could add some protein powder or ground flax, sneak in some spinach when your kids aren't looking to get a little extra iron in their diet, then just put it in a to go cup with a straw and you've got breakfast on the go.
