Easy way to cut meat in tubes.......that sounds grosz but this actually works.
If you try to cut sausage that comes in these tubes for breakfast sandwiches you know it's impossible, it squishes and won't hold it's shape. The easiest way is to put it in the freezer for a while and let it firm up, then take it out and cut with a serrated knife, leave the plastic on. The knife will cut through the plastic easily and the slices hold their shape.
