I'll never make bacon any other way again and I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out but I guess better late than never! Set oven to 375, put foil on a baking sheet and lay out your slices of bacon, this is the thick cut so there aren't as many slices, if you use the thinner bacon you may want to use 2 baking sheets. I cook mine around 15 minutes or so, I just keep an eye on it and when it gets to the right crispness I take it out. When you fry it in a pan you can only do small batches so it takes forever to fry a whole package of bacon and the top of your stove is a greasy mess, this way is so easy for me, I can cook the whole package at the same time and afterwards just toss the foil and wash the pan.
